  1. Thank ou for this great video. I hv a severe degenerative meniscus tear also a cartilage defect. For managing my pain I stretch consistently. I do 2 sessions of 40mn every day. I use a foam roller, massage tool(a theragun) & a lot of lower body exercises. Basing on my own experience with knee problems I think the best advice I can give is to maintain mobility body.
