If we know that while doing mild to moderate aerobic exercise decreases stress hormones while doing the exercise but increases it for the next 36 hours, do we know for sure this doesnt apply to the endocbd system as well? Were the studies done on people while they worked out or after like the new exercise and cortisol studies?

The care and feeding of the endocannabinoid system with structural manipulation, omegas, exercise, meditation and optimism is good for public health in general, but especially so in nonlegal States where patients have no access to Cannabis medicine. Good medicine knowing how one can tap into this amazing system for healing.
